I’ve been so thankful to work with such great brands and one of those include The Shine Project. Over 40 scholarships have been given since 2011, and 100% of donations given to the non-profit go directly to the students who make the jewelry . Threads by The Shine Project currently employees 11 inner city students. They’re making a huge difference in the world by employing inner city youth to help them pay their way through college one bracelet at a time. Not that we need a reason to shop, but there’s no better way to shop than for a good cause. Spread the word and make a change by being part of #theshineproject! 

I don’t know about you but this video actually brought me to tears. It is just glimpse into the lives of a few students that the shine project has helped. Go check it out!
