Plaid and Trench Coats

Everyone needs a great trench coat for Fall/winter! It’s such a great layering piece and the structure of a trench coat can really elevate a look and it seems more expensive. Also, I used to absolutely love wearing trench coats when I was pregnant. Obviously, I couldn’t button them up, but I loved wearing tighter dresses to show off my bump, but wanted something covering my booty!

Hope I inspired you guys to rock some super cute affordable trench coats this winter! Do you plan on wearing them? Let me know what you think in the comments below!

Ankle boots are my JAM. Seriously, the only thing I like about Fall/Winter is because of B-O-O-T-S! Have you ever noticed how difficult it is to find a pair of booties that just work at all times? After years of putting together outfits, I’ve realized that I definitely need multiple styles of booties to make what I have in my closet work. In other words, one style of bootie doesn’t really fit all outfits. Wouldn’t you agree?

And it can be challenging to know which style/color bootie is going to be my “winner” of the season – aka the one I actually wear more than once. It’s so frustrating when I think I’ve found the cutest booties ever, I buy it, and then I’m only able to wear it like 2-3 times that season. I think we all know how that goes, right?

Love these! The first two are my favorite. I love how classy and put together trench coats make any outfit. Even if I’m looking a hot mess, I throw one of these bad boys on and I’m good to go!

Exactly like nature and beauty in general. Valentino’s last show is a vivid green inspiration.

Woman, YOU ARE ALWAYS ROCKING YOUR OUTFITS!!! I’ve never seen a trenchcoat that is sleeveless, and you styled it perfectly! I love trenchcoats, but it’s too hot in Los Angeles to wear them @__@. Ankle boots are my fave. Easy to wear and they look super stylish!

I love all your trench coats featured, Len. You look beautiful and so stylish as always. I know what you mean about booties! I can’t count how many booties I have that I’ve only worn a few times a season. I tell myself that’s how I keep my boots looking new every season. 😉 Hope you’re having a great week!

You look so stylish in all these looks, Len.
My favorite is the middle look with the single breasted coat and the red booties, although I also love the last burgundy plaid coat.
I also loved how you styled the sleeveless trench – the color combination is fabulous
